Common questions

Why were some of my messages not delivered?

Numbers on the DND list cannot receive promotional SMS, and messages that do not match an approved template are blocked. The delivery report shows the reason for each.

What time can promotional SMS be sent?

Promotional SMS can only be delivered during the hours the rules allow - usually daytime. Messages sent outside those hours are held or blocked.
